We will do our best to resolve your complaint within three working days following your submission.
If we are unable to do this we will:
– Acknowledge your complaint in writing as soon as possible, assuring you that we have received the complaint and it is being dealt with.
– We will also include a copy of this procedure, keep you informed of the progress of the complaint and provide you with a final response within eight weeks of receipt of the complaint.
– Should you feel that our response is unacceptable you have the right to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service within six months of our response. This service is free to consumers.
– We will also include a copy of the Financial Ombudsman Service explanatory leaflet.
